Roger Fazendin Realtors strives to raise the bar for our customers and agents. This year the company started a new training program for it’s agents called Ninja Selling.
Ninja Selling is a sales system developed by Larry Kendall and The Group, Inc., Real Estate Associates in Fort Collins, Colorado and is now taught nationwide. The system is based on a philosophy of building relationships, listening to the customer, and then helping them achieve their goals. It is less about selling and more about helping people.
It is called Ninja Selling because one of The Group sales partners who helped develop the system was nicknamed “The Ninja” by the staff in his office. He had great sales volume, great customer satisfaction, was working mostly off of referrals and had a life outside of real estate. Larry Kendall began documenting the sales systems used by the original Ninja and other top sales people at The Group. Ninja Selling is the result.
Last year, Todd Urbanski, went to Colorado twice and spent nearly two weeks learning the Ninja Selling System and became certified to teach this program to Roger Fazendin Realtors agents. Todd had been studying the ideas of Ninja Selling for close to four years previous to that.
We rolled this program out in late April and the feedback we have been receiving has been beyond expectations.
As a company we always strive to exceed the expectations of our clients and our agents, this is another tool to help us achieve that. Roger Fazendin Realtors is the only company in the state of Minnesota that offers this program.
Ultimately our business is a relationship business. This system is helping us build better relationships with our current clients as well as our past customers. We are looking forward to having Ninja Selling be a part of our success for years to come.
