Immediately after the Army, Dan worked for two real estate development companies before joining Fazendin REALTORS® in 1975 as an agent. Dan worked as an agent, then as a Sales Manager, and then as President of Fazendin REALTORS® before buying the company from his father in 1986.
Dan has served as President of the Minneapolis Association of REALTORS®, chaired the Regional MLS committee and was President of All Points Relocation Service then headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Dan serves on a number of boards and committees locally, most notably Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners and St. John’s University School of Theology in Collegeville, MN. Dan and his wife Lynn also serve on the Northern Rockies Regional Board of the National Parks and Conservation Association with a special emphasis on Yellowstone National Park.
Dan and his wife Lynn have four grown children; all married Amy (Ben), Dan (Val), Andy (Elizabeth) and Ben (Andrea) and eleven grandchildren. With a home near Red Lodge, Montana they enjoy fly fishing, riding, hiking, golf and skiing with this very active family and friends.
Dan takes great pride in and is very grateful to the wonderful people, agents and staff, who have made Fazendin REALTORS® the company it is today.
