Roger Fazendin REALTORS earned an award from the Star Tribune Top Workplaces in 2011 for being the best in Communication. One of the reasons for this award was that we listen to our clients, our agents and our staff. Quarterly a team of 11 gather to brainstorm, plan and collect information to help form the strategy, goals and plans for the development of the company. Once a year the Management Advisory Team goes on retreat. Recently this team traveled to Montana for their annual meeting. While it’s hard to get away, every agent and staff person agreed, it was the most amazing time, not just because of the surroundings and fun, but because of the concentrated time to evaulate and process ideas, options and next steps. Goals, checklists and plans of action were formulated and will be acted on over the next year. Everyone on the Management Team returned energized, renewed and ready to share with their clients and the rest of the agents and staff.
