Each year police and fire departments encourage communities to gather together for National Night Out or Night to Unite. Either way, it’s a way to bring the neighborhood together! What a nice way to get to talk to, meet with, and socialize with your neighbors. Roger Fazendin REALTORS® is very supportive of this event and enjoys helping to sponsor these events for their agents and staff. Several of our team hosted events this year. Their responses were all positive.
Todd Urbanski hosted in his condo’s party room in Orono. They barbecued burgers and brats, provided by Roger Fazendin REALTORS®. One person had just moved in that week and she was thrilled to get to know everyone right away.
Shelly Halverson hosted in her neighborhood in Maple Grove. Maple Grove can boast as having the most National Night Out events in 2013 in the nation and even more were registered in 2014. A highlight was when two police officers showed up to talk to the neighbors about the crime or lack of crime in the area and then McGruff the crime dog jumped out of the car. He was a big hit with the kids! Root Beer floats were the treats provided by Roger Fazendin REALTORS®.
Laura Randall hosted in her neighborhood in Deephaven. Again, burgers and brats were compliments of Roger Fazendin REALTORS®. The weather was spectacular and over 60 people attended the fun.
Mary Munsterteiger attended her event in Plymouth and Fazendin provided the ice cream. The police stopped by and the children enjoyed playing in and around the squad car. She lives in a new neighborhood and said it was wonderful to connect. Over 100 people came out for the gathering.
Dave Kuck, Wayzata Firefighter and REALTOR® at Roger Fazendin REALTORS® had the privilege of attending many events on a fire truck! It’s always a hit in the neighborhood when the fire truck pulls onto your street with a toot of the horn or the ring of the siren.
Thank you to all of our communities for the service and work they do on our behalf. These are great ways to help bring us all together!
