Each month we bring you a blog post about one of our agents or staff members at Roger Fazendin REALTORS®. We’ve met many of them, but not all yet. We pause this month to introduce you to the team. The team you ask? Yes, Roger Fazendin REALTORS® is unlike any other brokerage. While we aren’t officially a “REALTOR® team”, unofficially we are. It’s the culture at Fazendin that’s different. It’s the way agents work together and support one another. It’s the support that our younger agents give to more senior agents about technology. It’s the wisdom that our more experienced agents share with our newer agents. Every day, in a variety of ways, you see these interactions taking place and everyone benefiting in the process.
Our team at Roger Fazendin REALTORS® is comprised of 46 REALTORS® ranging in age from early 30’s to late 70’s. The average number of years that our agents have been a part of the Faz Family is 13. That speaks volumes!
The environment at Fazendin starts at the top with Owner Dan Fazendin and Broker/President/Sales Manager Andy Fazendin. It’s an attitude of service and giving their best. The agents feel confident in their open door policy and can support their clients in the best possible ways; because of the leadership and mentoring they receive. The support team at Fazendin in unparalleled to anyone else in the industry. Most often agents have to hire their own administrative team, but at Fazendin, they know that agents should be working with clients listing homes and finding homes, not putting together marketing brochures, mailings or entering listings in MLS. The admin team is skilled in these areas and can do it on behalf of the agents more quickly and efficiently. And then there is the camaraderie between the agents. One agent was on vacation and another agent took out the clients and ended up writing a purchase agreement. It’s a spirit of sharing that helps everyone to flourish. Questions, ideas and concepts are often shared with one another in the resource areas or the weekly Monday business meeting. Together we are better!
We are also honored to have auxiliary companies that offer valuable support as needed. We can partner with Cathy and Donnie Robin of American Mortgage and Equity Consultants for any financing needs and with Dan L. Fazendin and Brenda Dombeck of Minnetonka Title for any assistance with title work and closings. It can be one stop service, if that’s what the client chooses.
Fazendin is able to claim year after year that they outperform the industry in getting their listings sold. Their strategy for getting homes listed and marketed well could be a part of it, but a bigger part may be the agents representing their clients.
