Laura Randall is Agent of the Month for February at Roger Fazendin REALTORS®. She earned this honor based on her sales volume for the month of February. She contributed her success to patience, timing and persistence. She was able to help some clients that she had the privilege to serve for a long time, some clients she helped for a shorter time and a relocation client from California. Each client brings a unique situation and circumstance and that is Laura’s favorite part about this business, getting to build a relationship with her clients. She is a good listener and discerns what they need and goes about meeting those needs.
WHY THIS CAREER?
This is Laura’s 4th year in the residential real estate business. She worked previously in the computer consulting industry. She feels like this career choice is a balance of interacting with people, applying her technological and organizational skills and she loves it! Her family is super supportive and now that she is an empty-nester, she has more time to serve her clients.
Laura lives in Deephaven and she loves her neighborhood community, but she has truly enjoyed working in other cities and suburbs. Woodbury, Apple Valley, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Victoria, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Maple Grove and Richfield are a few that she has been showing homes and listing houses for sale in recently.
READY TO SERVE
The biggest challenge in this industry right now is that the listing inventory is so low; it’s hard to find houses for buyers. Laura is creative and resourceful and tries to anticipate her client’s needs and then search out options. She likes to serve clients like they want to be served. Some want a more hands on approach with guidance and direction, others prefer a more do it yourself approach with input as needed. Laura realizes that everyone’s expectations are different and she asks a lot of questions to discern how each client would like to be served. Laura states that she is a REALTOR 24/7. No question is too simple – if it’s on your mind, ask it. She advises that she is working for the clients – she wants them to take advantage of the knowledge, expertise and wisdom she has gained from each transaction.
Congratulations Laura for a job well done!
