During the past few months, we have been integrating some fun new features to the Roger Fazendin REALTORS® website to ensure you have a great user experience. Here are a few of the highlights:
Streamlined agents page
Looking for a particular Roger Fazendin REALTOR or staff to send a quick email to? Our new Agents & Staff page has streamlined content so you can view individual email addresses (and click right on those email links to send your message in no time!) Drill down a little deeper by clicking on the individual agent’s name and you’ll find their bio and recent blog posts they’ve authored in addition to a link to their individual listings.
We have enhanced our property search tool so that you can search for your dream home anywhere–on your computer, on your mobile phone.
Do you have a search saved on your desktop using our new search tool? Not a problem! Now, when you access the search area of our site from your mobile phone, all you need to do is login to sync these with your desktop search. You don’t have to worry about having one set of information on your desktop settings and one on your phone; they work together to give you personalized, accessible property information!
Just browsing what’s out there? You can do all of that via our mobile search tool as well–featured properties, nearby properties based on your phone’s GPS–your options are endless. No app to download; simply type our web address into your phone’s browser, click on “find a home” and your phone will automatically take care of resizing for your screen.
Updated blog features
We are continuing our efforts to provide education to our clients and prospective clients through the FazHomes Blog. We redefined the settings on our blog to make reading a breeze–bolder headlines, short synopsis of content, author bios at the end of each post, and easy links to share content you find valuable across social media sites.
Speaking of social media
Many of our pages feature a “share this page” area on the side or bottom of the content areas. We encourage you to share information that you find helpful on the website with others in your network. You can also follow us on our various social media channels by clicking the new, gray icons (or “chiclets”) at the top of any page on our site. We’re always looking for new conversation to engage with you on our Facebook and Twitter pages.
So, what do you think? Have you tested out the new features of our site? What are your favorites?
