As Vice President of Fazendin Realtors, Dani Bloedorn works alongside Broker/Owner Andy Fazendin. Together, they strive to give Fazendin agents and their clients the best service, knowledge, and results possible.
Her journey with the brokerage began in 2017 as a freelance graphic designer, where her talent and drive quickly became apparent. Soon promoted to Marketing Director, she developed the company's innovative proactive marketing system that continues to benefit clients today. Her rapid advancement to leadership reflects both her deep understanding of the real estate industry and her commitment to excellence in serving clients.

Born and raised in Minot, North Dakota, Dani Bloedorn first came to the Twin Cities to study at the University of Minnesota. Her degrees in liberal arts and mass communication laid the foundation for her unique approach to real estate, combining creative problem-solving with clear, effective communication to better serve her clients.
Beyond her professional life, Dani is a loving wife and proud mother of 2 young boys. An avid distance runner, Dani thoroughly enjoys running along the multitude of trails that connect many Twin Cities communities. She loves spending time with her family, baking, and watching movies.
