At Fazendin Realtors, Lynn leads the relocation team by coordinating logistics, managing client needs, and facilitating housing transitions. Having relocated from the East Coast to the Midwest herself, Lynn's expertise lies in understanding the unique challenges associated with relocating. She takes pride in delivering personalized solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
Lynn holds bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from Loyola University in Maryland and is committed to professional development through ongoing training and industry certifications. Lynn is an active member of many local and national organizations, such as LRE, RDC, MERC, MAR, and more. These groups enable her to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in relocation services.
Outside of work, Lynn is passionate about community service. Her leadership roles with Wayzata Rotary Club, Greater Wayzata Area Chamber of Commerce, Outreach Development Corporation, Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners, and Park Nicollet Foundation enrich her ability to provide clients with valuable insights into the communities they are moving to.
Lynn is a two-time cancer survivor. This history provides a perspective that influences her life work.

The Worldwide ERC® Certified Relocation Professional (CRP®) designation is the only credential dedicated to identifying professionals that demonstrate a broad understanding of managing employee mobility within the United States. Those with the CRP designation have a fundamental grasp on how to streamline the employee relocation process and remove any obstacles in the way. Candidates achieve the designation through work experience and professional society engagement, studying a defined body of knowledge, and passing a comprehensive examination. Said examination is composed by recognized industry professionals with expertise in human resources, corporate relocation policy, relocation appraising, residential real estate, and tax and legal issues.
More about Lynn Groll
Lynn grew up in relatively small town outside of a major city on the East Coast and relocated to Minnesota in the late 90s. She chose the Twin Cities area for the overall quality of life offered, including: excellent schools, career growth opportunities, green space, a stable economy and nice people.
In moving here, she found a sense of community. The Western suburbs have proven to be a wonderful place for her daughter to thrive, for her to make life-long friends and enjoy a high quality of life.
In her free time, Lynn enjoys: traveling the country to visit family and friends, spoiling her dog, serving with local not-for-profits, and birdwatching. As a cancer survivor, Lynn feels that she has a keen understanding of what matters most in life and works very hard to stay true to her goal to live each day to its fullest.
