This month we sat down to visit with Realtor® TeddyAnn Morse. She has three grown boys and a granddaughter living with her and her husband while she attends nursing school. For fun she enjoys reading, puzzles, walks and kayaking.
She has been in the residential real estate business for the last nine years. She started in this business when she started investing in her own properties. She and her husband would purchase properties, rehab them and then rent them. This experience provided her with hands on knowledge of many construction aspects of building a home.
Before becoming a Realtor, she worked at the University of Minnesota in finance, grants and contracts. After investing and renting properties, it was a natural transition to become a Realtor when she decided to retire from the U of M.
TeddyAnn has been married twenty years to Craig. She met him through a dating service that offered no photos! The dating service would interview each person and ask questions and manually match you with a possible connection. She feels so blessed to have him in her life! She laughs recalling how far technology has progressed since then – in the dating world and in residential real estate. “Today we have so many resources because of technology. Our clients and the agents are very fortunate that Fazendin Realtors and the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors is so progressive and continues to keep us informed and updated.”
She loves being in real estate, there is something truly wonderful about helping someone achieve their dream of owning a home. While she really enjoys working with first time homebuyers and helping to education them, she’s also thrilled when a transaction comes together for any client, there is something satisfying about empowering people. She loves providing her years of knowledge to guide a client through their journey to the next phase of life!
TeddyAnn’s mantra is Commitment, Candor and Communication and she feels all three words go hand in hand. She truly commits to each client. She is personally responsible to hear what they are saying so she can meet everyone’s needs. She is honest and open and wants to keep the conversation going. She encourages conversation between her and all parties involved in the process. Without this dialogue, it’s hard to make an informed decision.
TeddyAnn, thrives on learning, she believes that “we can always learn and grow”. She wants to educate her clients, so they can make the best decision possible! If TeddyAnn can help you with your next residential real estate transaction, don’t hesitate to contact her.
