St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Businesses Magazine provides a resource to help you find a great real estate agent: 2013 Super Real Estate Agents™ !
How it works
Community members and businesses who have personal experience with an agent nominate real estate agents they think do an excellent job. Those making nominations are home buyers, agents, mortgage and title companies and subscribers to both magazines. Agents are evaluated based on integrity, knowledge of the market, closing preparation and more by a panel of 20 real estate industry experts screens the candidates and arrives at a final list, a short list representing only three to five percent of local agents.
