If you’ve listed a home in the Twin Cities in the last few years, you may have heard about a product we use in our industry called ShowingTime. ShowingTime is the vehicle that allows real estate agents to schedule showings, previews, inspections and appraisals for any of the homes listed in our regional MLS. ShowingTime shows directions to the home as well as instructions for entering and viewing the property. This application also allows for remarks and questions to be directed to the listing agent and the home owners.
You must be a licensed real estate agent to access ShowingTime and request a home showing. The home owner and the listing agent are immediately notified by text, email or phone call as requested indicated when the home’s showing request is made through ShowingTime. The home owner can then accept, decline or reschedule the request using text, email or phone.
When the general public sees a Fazendin for sale sign in front of a home, they can call the Fazendin number on the sign and the receptionist will connect the caller with the listing agent or an “On Call” agent to request a showing of the home. We are particularly pleased with the ease and immediate response ShowingTime provides, and most importantly, they security our clients feel knowing exactly who is entering their home and when.
Just one of the wonderful tools that our regional MLS uses to help facilitate a seamless transaction between buyers and sellers.
