This is the first in a series of blogs that will detail all the wonderful changes we are making here at Roger Fazendin…I mean, Fazendin Realtors! In this months “What’s Happening at Fazendin or #whatfaz,” we introduce our new file management system, Sky Slope.
Not a very exciting subject, but we sure think it is! Sky Slope is an online based, file management and processing system for real estate. Basically it’s the way our agents can share their files with the home office, without being at the office. This allows our agents to securely keep their files organized and reviewed for any mistakes. This is an efficient way to stay organized and double check our client’s important documents. This also allows our agents to spend more time doing what they need to be doing, where they need to be doing it, selling homes out in the community. Other benefits are that our company will use MUCH less paper, our files will be stored electronically with all the proper documentation and it allows our company to expand our sales area, without another brick and mortar building.
Sky Slope was developed by a successful real estate agent in California that saw the need within his own growing office. The staff at Sky Slope are all real estate trained agents, which really helps with questions and the implementation process. This was also a big determining factor in the selection of this program, knowing our agents will be in good hands with real estate professionals when the assistance need arises.
